How can Lean Startup help you develop and test new business ideas in uncertain environments?
Many founders are unsure how to prioritize features and define their minimum viable product (MVP). Simply put, an MVP is a basic solution designed to approach their main problem-solving idea. It helps them understand what their users truly need before building a complex product. Some essential steps include talking to potential users in their target niche and building the core functionality of their solution, often through a prototype, a basic CRUD (create, read, update, delete) application serving as a testing ground for gathering valuable insights from users. Based on user feedback, they can continuously improve the product or even pivot its direction.

Lean Startup is a model for rapidly iterating towards breakthroughs in human living, with its build-measure-learn cycle at its core. At the core of the Lean Startup model is agile methodology focussed on iterative feedback loops.
