Commercial Property Manager

A few highlights of our Commercial Program include the largest Starbucks in any US Airport, dynamic and high volume national branded restaurants like Shake Shack, celebrity chef branded restaurants, exciting local concepts from around New Jersey and cutting-edge retail concepts.
Your Future Responsibilities
Main point of contact for restaurants and shops at the newly-built Terminal A at EWR for all aspects of their operations
Responsible for execution of the management of stores and restaurants to ensure best practices, the highest quality of operational standards and best passenger experience
Ensure all safety and regulatory compliance for the tenants
Develops revenue enhancement measures for restaurants and retail stores in Terminal A, in order to optimize and increase sales performance.
Provide merchandising support to tenants, driving results in product presentation and store appearance
Set-up and lead regular tenant meetings
Ensures consistency and quality across the program through Mystery Shopping, Surveys, audits and other methods
Monitors financial performance related to the Commercial Program in close collaboration with the Finance Department
Sets, defines and monitors various KPIs of the commercial program and prepares detailed and relevant reports to leadership and stakeholders
Your Education & Training
A Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study or comparable relevant experience
Experience in a large commercial property setting is highly preferred
Your Skills & Experience
A “people person” with passion and excellent organization and communication skills (written, verbal and presentation) towards clients, colleagues, and business partners.
Takes a ‘partnership approach’ with stakeholders and is focused on outstanding customer service
Team player who can build and maintain relationships using tact and diplomacy
Intermediate to Advanced computer skills with proficiency in using the MS Office suite
Capability to review, interpret and present data
Has a positive attitude.
Takes responsibility and ownership of the assigned tasks also without direct supervision.
Knowledge of Yardi Property Management or other Property Management systems is a plus but not required
Serv-Safe or other Food Safety certification is a plus but not required
Has a good sense of humor!
