Workplace Bullying Awareness 🇳🇦 🇳🇦 🇳🇦 In 2021, I wrote a management tip on workplace bullying by managers and it went viral. Subsequent to that, I was invited on club house to talk about workplace bullying and wrote articles on the topic. B2Gold Corp. Namibia 🇳🇦 contracted Hito HR and Training Consultants to facilitate a company-wide awareness campaign on bullying to the employees. It's one of the things I am forever grateful for as a consultant. I got to visit a mining site for the first time 😂. It meant a lot 🙏🏾 Ever since, I have delivered sessions on workplace bullying to MVA Fund Namibia, Electricity Control Board, University of Namibia, Binary City, MTC Namibia, City of Windhoek, Kalahari Holdings and yesterday, I visited the Ministry of Home Affairs, Immigration,Safety and Security. It's a topic I bravely talk about regardless of the sensitivity that comes with it. It's triggering in so many ways. Nonetheless, the commitment to raise awareness and sensitize everyone on the topic remains a responsibility that is of high priority. A great workplace is stunning colleagues 👌🏾 #PeopleFirst #BulliesMustFall #ConduciveWorkplaces #InspiringWorkplaces #HealthyWorkforceProductiveWorkforce #MeaningfulWork #PurposeDriven
