🎆 I'm honored to announce my nomination by aramco to present at Chemindix2024 on Flow Assurance Solutions in November 2024. This nomination highlights the dedication of six months of my efforts in developing autonomous and AI-based operations for gas and gas-condensate pipelines to predict the hydrate temperature while taking into consideration the gas composition, operating condition, MEG composition and injection conditions. Our innovative system provides swift mitigations through precise inhibitor dosing. Mastering hydrate management is essential for maintaining system integrity and operational safety. While traditional tools like #HYSYS are foundational in predicting hydrate formation, integrating #MLOps with #HYSYS elevates predictive accuracy and operational efficiency to new heights. This advanced hybrid approach (#HYSYS and #Aspen_AIMB) not only generates comprehensive datasets that empower C-level executives to make informed decisions, but also refines the precision of MEG injection rates, enhancing safety across operations. Each time, he was reinstated the next day. He was too valuable to lose. Employee satisfaction  “Pleasure in the job puts perfection in the work” Aristotle Work should create an environment where employees are not just content but genuinely engaged. Employee satisfaction is more than just a feel-good factor; it plays a crucial role in organizational success. When employees are satisfied, they contribute positively to the workplace, leading to improved performance, collaboration, and overall well-being.  Satisfied employees feel valued, supported and engaged. Positivity becomes contagious and employees take pride in their work and are more likely to invest in problem solving. Turnover is lower.   Open communication between management and employees, with time for meaningful engaged conversations fosters trust and engagement. Recognizing employees efforts and achievements with a simple “thank you” or follow-up goes a long way. Leaders who invest in professional development with commitment to help your employees grow by creating opportunities and genuinely care about people’s well being foster trust, high engagement with satisfied employees.   The cliché that we spend more time at work than we do at home is true.
