Dr. Axell's model emphasizes the importance of awareness and integration of different aspects of human potential to maintain autonomy and integrity. 1. The first defense against a mind being "hacked" is self-awareness. Dr. Axell’s model suggests that cultivating a strong sense of purpose and clarity of meaning in one’s life acts as an anchor. It makes a person less susceptible to external manipulation because they are grounded in their own vision. 2. Healthy relationships create a network of support and challenge that helps individuals reflect on their thoughts and actions. In the context of a mind being hacked, strong, trusting relationships can act as mirrors, helping individuals recognize when something feels off or is out of alignment with true self. 3. Dr. Axell's model encourages achievement through thoughtful analysis and problem-solving. Critical thinking is a tool to combat manipulation by encouraging individuals to question narratives, evaluate information, and discern truth from deception. 4. Dr. Axell’s cuboctahedron model incorporates the idea of dynamic adaptation. It is not just about gaining all the times. sometimes a workshop should be attended to lose we usually attend a workshop with an aim to acquire knowledge, upgrade ourselves, gain something. It helps you to lose that tightness and rigidity in your body; lose that conditioned mind, which has possibly become your barrier, lose fear, anxiety and stress.
