YSD Scholars Corporate Visit to PETRONAS Tuesday, 3 September 2024 was an exciting day for 45 Yayasan Sime Darby scholars who had the opportunity to join the inaugural Corporate Visit activity organised by AKRAB Resources to PETRONAS . 5 officers from YSD and AKRAB - Raja Azura Raja Mahayuddin Nor Azmi Lawrence Lina Ali, En Akmal & En Shahir had the privilege to join the visit. The whole experience was enriched with insights, engaging activities, and invaluable lessons. It was a perfect blend of excitement and deep learning that made the experiential visit fun, exciting and very memorable. Leaders of PETRONAS exposed our young minds with thought provoking and great insights that really inspired them to think beyond and ahead, to be among emerging leaders that will contribute not just to the betterment of themselves, but also for the community and in building better Malaysia. We would like to thank the PETRONAS team who had made this corporate visit an exceptional experience, Tn Megat Shaiful , Pn Nor Azila Hasbullah and other amazing sisters and brothers from PETRONAS, thank you from the bottom of our hearts ♥️

We had an insightful and exciting YSD THRIVE Rising Talent #WECARE4U Leadership Talk Series Session last night with Malaysian icon, Major Dr Faiz Khaleed who have shared his experience and wisdom with anak-anak Yayasan Sime Darby on the topic of “Face Your Fear: Essential Skills to Personal & Professional Success”. Happy to see many queries by fellow audience and proactive conversations throughout the 1.5hour session. Thank you anakanda Ahmad Muizuddin for being the moderator for the session and we hope he would treasure the experience spent our Angkawasan Negara in-person. To all anak-anak YSD who attended the session, hope all of you’re well motivated and inspired by our Angkasawan Negara and start putting the key takeaways you’ve learned last night into action!

DELAYED POST: NORTHERN REGION GATHERING YSD THRIVE RISING TALENT WITH GANG UTARA ON 6 JULY 2024 We just love spending time with youth, our nation emerging leaders! Sharing the video of our Northern Region activities on Satuday, 6 July 2024 as we make our way to meet anak-anak from Yayasan Sime Darby scholarship. As we had small number of attendees, we re-designed a more personalised engagement with scholars who attended and indeed, we had a fun day learning from each other and make new connections!
