WE ARE MAKING HISTORY! ✨🎉 Commitment Charter with the Youth, Esports, and Video Games Candidate Santiago Taboada commits to supporting the youth, esports, and video games with the following initiatives: 1. Make esports sponsorships tax-deductible. 2. Make content creators sponsorships tax-deductible. 3. Make investments in video game startups tax-deductible. 4. To promote foreign investment in Mexican esports and video games, the Mexico City government will fund an office dedicated to this purpose. 5. Allow up to 35% tax deductions on foreign investments in Mexican esports and video games. 6. Match private investments in esports and video games with equivalent funding from a specialized government fund in Mexico City. 7. Make IPOs and acquisitions of video game startups tax-deductible. 8. Facilitate the first formal job in esports and video games by offering a one-year tax exemption to companies in the sector. 9. Promote the export of video games and esports by creating travel and expense funds to enable participation in industry events. Every act counts!
