Last week, I attended my first #HRGIG event in Malta, where HR and business leaders from across industries came together. The theme? Building bridges between Employee Experience (EX) and Customer Experience (CX). What stood out to me wasn’t just the conversations during the day, but the actions they inspired afterward. Events like these spark ideas, but it’s what we do next that truly drives momentum and change. Want to build a truly customer-centric organisation? Recognising employees who go above and beyond for customers helps create a culture where customer success is everyone's success. 💡 Pro Tip: Build rituals to ensure you're always celebrating success as part of your normal business rhythm. 3️⃣ Innovate Based on Feedback: Continuously gather feedback and make real-time improvements. Innovation doesn’t have to be complex; sometimes the smallest changes, driven by customer feedback, make the biggest impact. 💡 Pro Tip: Find and implement quick wins to drive momentum and show customers you're listening.
