ISO: a timber buyer - $1 (Kelly)

I just inherited a 10 acre piece of property that has a lot of red oak, white oak, and pine trees on it.
I’d like to have it thinned and sell the trees.
They are anywhere from 25-60’ tall, just a few years shy of maturity.
They average 16-25”.
There are several big pines as well.
It has some nice standing timber on the land and I am in search of a buyer.
I’m not trying to get rich, but I won’t be low balled either.
