Black & Decker is the brand name on the front of the griddle.
Spectrum Brands Inc is the name stamped on the info plate on the underside.
Comes with a drip catcher that slides out for convenience.
Griddle itself, is immersible which makes it much easier to clean.
Griddle is 1200 Watts.
Griddle Size is 16” x 10” x 2-1/2” ** Temperature Control, power cord and plug are NOT immersible! Temperature control goes up to 400°F.
Temperature Control comes equipped with a locking mechanism so it doesn’t accidentally come out while you’re cooking.
It also has a Release button conveniently located beneath the locking mechanism so when you’re ready, you can detach it.
