This is a very good and efficient 12,000 BTU A/C that runs on 120 volts.
I installed it last summer in my RV during the extreme heat.
Installation took 1 hour and 45 minutes.
It is SO quiet and cools so well that they should obsolete RV roof A/Cs.
Includes remote.
It is fully charged with refrigerant.
Just connect the lines mount it and plug it in! Only reason selling is I am selling this RV and need to move it.
