Requirements
Minimum Qualification Requirements:
Attainment of a minimum Juris Doctor Degree from an accredited school of law and a minimum of one year experience as a practicing attorney performing legal and trial work, preferably in governmental or municipal law, or a combination of education and experience equivalent to these requirements.
Special Requirements:
Must be licensed to practice law in the State of Alabama and the Southern District of Alabama.
Must possess a valid driver's license from the state of residence.
Physical Requirements:
The ability to exert physical effort in sedentary to light work may involve lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling objects and materials.
