Foreclosure Paralegal

Multistate creditors’ rights law firm has the need for a Foreclosure Paralegal/Legal Assistant.
Will assist in all stages of the non-judicial foreclosure process in AL, TN, and MS.
The firm places special emphasis on rapid resolution of foreclosure matters.
This individual should have a positive attitude and prior experience handling cases from inception to conclusion.
Further, the individual should be knowledgeable with LPS Black Knight, Tempo, PACER, along with court filing systems.
He/she should have a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Perfect Practice (preferred).
This position will require ability of candidate to come to the Mobile office daily, not open for remote work.
