Associate Attorney - (AL-MS)

Real Estate firm looking for a bright and motivated attorney to work remotely from the Mobile or Biloxi area with making in-person court appearances on bankruptcy and real estate matters.
This is an entry-level position, but candidates with experience in court will be considered.
This is a position that will offer great stability.
Must be barred in MS or AL and physically located in the southern Alabama/Mississippi region.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Attend hearings virtually and in-person Travel around the region will be necessary Assist in maintaining procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.
Drafts deeds, pleadings and other documents.
