Intake Specialist

*Primary Responsibilities* The intake department's primary focus is to ensure every potential client is communicated with urgently, treated with respect, and shown empathy for their situation.
Each new case is processed as accurately as possible in preparation for the assigned legal team.
Maintaining relationships with referring attorneys.
*Job Responsibilities* *Intake Management* * Answer and respond to all leads urgently.
* Scheduling appointments for Potential Clients * Processing every lead in Lead Docket efficiently for an attorney to review.
* To obtain all pertinent information needed for an attorney to make an informed decision (contact information, incident facts, marketing information, previous attorney, etc.
).
* Following-up with potential clients who have not signed our agreement.
Continuing to chase leads until a response is obtained.
* Send Letters of Representation or Rejection to all leads or parties.
* Set up files in Filevine, mailing Welcome Letters * Ordering Accident Reports and if available, Witness Statements.
* Train all employees to know how to do an intake accurately.
* Referring rejected leads to an appropriate referral attorney.
* Back up to Front Desk coverage Ensuring that clients treatment plan is noted in system so legal team is aware.
