Galaxy Entertainment Group, based in Macau, has recorded its strongest quarter since the pandemic, reporting HK$10.3 billion ($1.32 billion) in gross gaming revenues for Q2 2024. Driven by the strong performance of Galaxy Macau, the company experienced growth across multiple segments. Mass table win increased by 31.9% to HK$8.29 billion ($1.06 billion), while rolling chip win surged by 49.4% to HK$1.39 billion ($178 million). Slot win revenue also saw significant improvement, climbing to HK$658 million ($84.5 million), a 48.5% increase compared to Q2 2023. Overall, the HK$10.3 billion in gross gaming revenue represents a 35% increase from the same period in 2023. Macau's casino industry saw mixed results in June 2024, with MOP17.69 billion in gross gaming revenue (GGR).
