We are looking for high-energy, positive, outgoing individuals that are passionate about supporting and helping our customers, building and maintaining relationships, and becoming the go-to person for your territory.
We are currently looking for ITRs to represent two territories: the Southwest and Southeast of the United States.
As the ITR, you can expect to make calls on dental offices in your respective territory as well as following up on leads from PDT’s EarthCare program, tradeshows, and speaking events.
You would also be receiving inbound calls and emails from our dealer partners and customers within your territory; answering questions about our product, promotions, and overall acting as the primary support contact.
If you don’t have experience in the dental field or dental sales, no problem! For the right person with the right attitude and motivation, we have built a 6-part training program that will give you all the tools you need to succeed.
Once you have become familiar enough with PDT and our product lines, you would also be conducting trainings on our new and existing products virtually or in-person.
That’s the other exciting part of this role: travel! At least quarterly, you would be travelling by plane to your territory to either visit offices, attend tradeshows and events, visit our dealer partners’ offices, or a combination of all three! We want this role to be fun, engaging, challenging, and rewarding.

The ITR is a full-time, salaried position plus the opportunity for quarterly commission if growth targets are met.
To be available for your territory during the bulk of their business hours in their respective time zones, the Southwest ITR’s shift would be Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5pm, and the Southeast ITR’s shift would be Monday through Friday from 5 am to 2 pm, with an hour for lunch.
Monday through Thursday would be in the office, and Friday you would be working from home!
