This month we have been busy making some exciting updates to your Miro experience. From organizing your workspace with Spaces to making decisions faster with built-in Video Calls, and supercharging collaboration with Intelligent Widgets, there’s a lot to explore. Spaces & Sections
Here’s an update to keep your work clear and organized: Spaces.
Use Spaces for easier access to your team’s (or project’s) boards. This makes locating your boards easier than ever, and of course, search is always accessible so you can find what you’re looking for with just a few taps of your keyboard.
And what’s even better is that you can now keep your content in simple, one-layer folders. Sections in Spaces let you easily organize your work, keeping everything clear and easy to find. You can learn more about Spaces at our Help centre here.
Video calls
Video calls are now available in Public Beta for users on the Starter, Business, and Enterprise plans.
With Video calls you can talk right where the work happens. Skip the waiting and start a huddle to recreate the experience of working side-by-side. You can collaborate seamlessly with your team directly on the board, helping you to make decisions faster.
Video calls are not enabled for some Enterprise organizations to ensure alignment with their specific needs. If the feature is unavailable for your organization and you would like your users to access it, please contact your Customer Success Manager.
Intelligent widgets
The wait is over! Intelligent widgets are here.
Intelligent widgets are the handy tools that you can stick right to your board, enabling you to customize your workflow and make collaboration more seamless and enjoyable.
Need to capture group sentiment after a brainstorm or group session? With Alignment scales, you can easily visualize group sentiment in a dynamic, interactive way.
Bring fun to the board with Spinner wheels and T-Shirt sizes. Randomly select options with a spinning wheel, or offer a simple, intuitive way to estimate tasks with T-shirt sizes.
Or why not add Sticky stacks to your composable workflow? Allow brainstorming by letting users grab and place notes effortlessly on the board.

Bring your own AI
Innovate your way with our latest AI update.
Now Enterprise Plan users can connect to either Azure OpenAI or OpenAI to run Miro’s GPT features. This feature allows you to leverage your own AI investments, control data paths, or disable features that don’t align with your model.
Set up is quick and easy. Just plug in your AI provider’s key in the settings under enterprise integrations and start using your own AI in Miro. Read more about how to set up BYOAI here
Miroverse community template gallery
Miroverse is a gallery of templates made by and for the Miro user community. In November, we surpassed a huge milestone of 5k+ proven frameworks, workshops, diagrams, and more. As you and your team gear up for annual planning, check out these templates to give your processes a boost:
