Adam Barlow (Sam Robertson) is risking a great deal during his attempt at getting revenge on Damon Hay (Ciaran Griffiths) in Coronation Street.
A few weeks ago, Adam met up with Harvey Gaskell (Will Mellor) and formed a plan. Essentially, Harvey will get rid of Damon for Adam and in return, the solicitor will develop a successful appeal case so the courts believe Harvey didn’t murder Natasha Blakeman (Rachel Leskovac).
Despite the fact he absolutely did.
Coming up, Adam’s emotions are tested again when he spots Sarah Platt (Tina O’Brien) helping Damon move his things into the flat on her birthday.

Later, Adam meets with Dee-Dee Bailey (Channique Sterling-Brown) and Joel Deering (Calum Lill) and prepares to spin a massive lie to get what he wants.
He asks the couple about a firearms case he’s taken on and wonders if they’ve dealt with anything similar.
As Damon hands out shots to Sarah, Audrey Roberts (Sue Nicholls), Gail Platt (Helen Worth), Bethany Platt (Lucy Fallon) and Nick Tilsley (Ben Price) and raises a toast to Sarah’s birthday – Adam shoots him daggers.
But when Dee-Dee and Joel arrive, they tell Adam they might’ve cracked his case.
Later in the week, Adam meets with Harvey again and confirms the only way to be sure of success with the appeal is if they pin Natasha’s murder on someone else.
