Rachel Weisz and Daniel Craig were among the star-studded crowd at the surprise gig for an incredible date night.
The iconic rock band – made up of Mick Jagger, 80, by Keith Richards, 79, and Ronnie Wood, 76 – celebrated the release of their upcoming album Hackney Diamonds in New York with a release bash that turned into a surprise gig.
The James Bond icon, 55, and the Disobedience star, 53, both spotted arriving together at the exclusive bash and looking as stylish and loved up as ever.
Rachel wore a stylish black and white blouse paired with matching black trousers, purse, and chunky heels.
Her husband Daniel showed that opposites definitely attract as he donned a statement blue jumper and jeans with tan boots.
The lovebirds first met in 1994 after appearing alongside each other in steamy stage show Les Grandes Horizontales, but did not start dating until 2010.
Daniel and Rachel tied the knot just a year later, and in 2018, it was confirmed that Daniel and Rachel had welcomed a child together, a daughter.
Daniel has another daughter, Ella, from his previous marriage to Fiona Loudon, while Rachel shares son Henry with ex-husband Darren Aronofsky.
The show was packed full of surprises, with the rockers performing hits from their latest record with a surprise guest joining them on stage.
Lady Gaga, 37, performed a duet with vocalist Jagger as part of a rendition of new Stones hit Sweet Sounds Of Heaven which she appears on alongside Stevie Wonder as a guest vocalist.
Hitting the stage in a glamourous red and black sequinned body suit, Gaga was every bit the rockstar as she belted out the anthem note-perfect and strutted her stuff across the stage.
However, it was Jagger who stole the show as he outpaced the pop songstress as they danced alongside each other – despite being almost five decades her senior.
He matched her energy with every frenzied leap and jump across the tiny stage, even showcasing some moves that the Just Dance singer adopted moments later.
Jagger opened up on working with the ‘really great singer’ for the single, which featured on Hackney Diamonds released today.
‘I’d never heard her sing [in] quite that style before. Not exactly,’ the frontman told Zane Lowe on Apple Music 1.
‘We did it live in the room and that was a great experience, her just coming in the room and her just opening up and seeing her bits and feeling her way and then getting more confident.
‘And then we came back and then did some extra parts that we hadn’t done on the day and then we did some tidying up and we were just in the overdub room, really face-to-face, getting them really tight, the parts really tight, and then being slightly competitive and screaming.’
And they weren’t the only stars in attendance at the invite-only show, with the likes of Chris Rock, Elvis Costello, Jimmy Fallon, Trevor Noah, and Christie Brinkley on the guest list.
They were joined by model icons Christie Brinley and Christy Turlington, who were joined by their daughters Sailor Brinkley Cook and Grace Burns.
Hackney Diamond follows the band’s last original material release 18 years ago withA Bigger Band. Their last cover album was Blue & Lonesome in 2016.
It is the first album since the death of the Rolling Stones’ long-time drummer Charlie Watts two years ago.
