Dragons Den star Touker Suleyman didn’t hold back as he blasted aneasyJet airport worker after his flight was delayed by four days.

The retail entrepreneur, 70, was caught on camera having a fiery back and forth after trying to travel back to London after spending some time in Izmir, Turkey.

While standing at his boarding gate in the airport, Touker asked the staff member: ‘Make that decision, be a man. You either be a man or you can be a coward, what are you?’

In a separate Instagram post, he penned: ‘For those of you wondering what happened above. I had been to a Pet Fair in Izmir, unfortunately very few planes fly direct, easyJet is one of them.

‘On my return, which was scheduled to be at 9 pm, we were informed it would be late, suppose to arrive in Gatwick at 11 pm. We were then informed that a crew member was not well, and that 20 passengers had to be left behind. After an hour of people getting frustrated, I stepped in.

‘EasyJet was offering 400 Euros as compensation, bearing in mind the next Flight was 4 days time, I went across to the eastJet employee, he looked very official, and I said that 400 euros was insufficient people to be left behind, and perhaps he should increase the offer to 1000 euros where passengers were willing to accept.’

He added: ‘Easy Jet are not trained or equipment to deal with these things, definitely not compassionate!

‘I did my best to stand up for the passengers. The flight Finally arrived around 3 am in morning. easyJet Board should contact every passenger on Flight from Izmir to London, and do the right thing and compensate every passenger 1000 euros for this saga. #toukertime

He ended the rant by saying: ‘Any easyJet officials got the guts to contact me, I am welcome to get into a dialogue with them. Perhaps the CEO?’

Fans applauded Touker’s fighting back, with one person replying: ‘Well done to you for calling out GreedyJet. Please do us all a favour and start your airline! Touker Airways sounds good to me.’

Another added: ‘YES, Touker!! Thank you for helping those with additional needs by asking for them to board ASAP. I hope everyone gets their compensation.’

Touker is best known for being a multi-millionaire businessman and successful fashion retail investor

In 2015, he was asked to join the Dragons’ Den panel and has been a regular fixture on the show ever since.
