N-Dubz star Tulisa was left perplexed after Fazer’s hilarious one-word reaction to Leigh-Anne Pinnock’s recent marriage.
The former X Factor judge, 35, revealed she was still in touch with Little Mix, who she mentored on the ITV show in 2011, and had just texted Leigh-Anne, 31, when the subject of her nuptials arose on Friday’s Good Morning Britain.
‘Didn’t she get married the other day?’ Fazer interjected after Tulisa said she had contacted her about attending a launch party together.
‘Mad,’ he responded.
Looking baffled, Tulisa shot him down jokingly and reacted: ‘Not so mad. People get married, Fazer.’
The Young singer, who appeared with Fazer and Dappy on the ITV show to promote N-Dubz’s reunion, had been asked if she would consider collaborating with Little Mix after helping them win the X Factor more than a decade ago.
She replied: ‘I mean I would love to. It’s not something I have thought about but I would absolutely love to.
‘And yeah, I still stay in touch with the girls. I actually texted Leigh-Anne just before we came on and said, “We’ve got a launch party tonight, do you fancy coming?”‘
Leigh-Anne married footballer Andre, 32, in Jamaica in June, exchanging vows on the beach.
She later confirmed their marriage in a newsletter to fans and also shared her wedding snaps to social media, writing: ‘So much has happened since we last caught up.
‘First of all … I’m a married woman! Eeeek! Andre and I had the most incredible wedding surrounded by love in a place that’s so special to us. Thank you for showing us so much love and support.’
The Black Magic singer and Andre got engaged on their anniversary in 2020.
The sweet pair have been together since 2016 and share two twins, whose names have not been shared publicly.
Hip hop group N-Dubz, meanwhile, announced the end of their decade-long hiatus on social media earlier in May 2022.
Their surprise return was followed by the release of new single Charmer and a tour, which kicked off in November.
In 2009, they hit number one on the UK singles chart with Number One, a collaboration with Tinchy Stryder.
The group originally announced plans for a two-year hiatus to focus on their solo careers in 2011 but didn’t release new material until last year.
