Fans of the daytime game show Tenable have been left wondering what has happened to regular host Warwick Davis after recent episodes aired on ITV featured Sally Lindsay in the presenter’s chair.

Warwick has fronted the show – which sees contestants aiming to win up to £125,000 by filling in top 10 lists – since it began in 2016.

But he’s noticeable by his absence in the fifth series of the show – currently occupying a regular daytime slot on ITV.

Just why has Warwick been replaced? We’ve got everything you need to know.

Why is Warwick Davis not on Tenable?

Warwick has split Tenable hosting duties with Sally for series five as he was unable to film every single episode.

Explaining her position on the show, Sally – who stepped in for 25 episodes of the series, said: ‘I’m a huge fan of Tenable and am delighted I’m able to share the presenting responsibilities with Warwick.

‘The demands of his workload meant that he wasn’t able to record every show in the series.’

Sally added that Warwick gave her a few words of advice before taking over the reins.

‘He said just be in tune with the people, it is the public who make this show what it is,’ she shared.

Describing her presenting style, Sally said: ‘I’m very relaxed about it I think. I felt very at home on a gameshow set weirdly and loved getting to know the contestants.’

Tenable airs weekdays at 3pm on ITV.
