Job Description
Pay range $65,000 to $67,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide frontline customer service via phone and management of Learning and Development group email inbox and SailPoint requests to TEAM members at all levels regarding training programs, Convergence LMS, and the policies and procedures of the Learning and Development department.
Troubleshoot basic technical issues with learning management system (LMS) and assist TEAM members with accessing their account, accessing courses, transcripts, and other LMS features.
Assist human resources TEAM members with troubleshooting basic technical issues with Convergence training as it relates to onboarding and orientation.
Execute audits of system data and training records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Assist with implementing new features, updates, and configurations within the LMS.
Support the creation and maintenance of training documentation, FAQs, and quick reference guides.
Complete special projects as needed such as training surveys, reporting, training calendar management, and training program launches.
Provide support and coordinator for monthly newsletters.
Provide general administrative support to learning and development team including calendar management, meeting coordination, and project assistance.
Qualifications
Willingness to provide EXCELLENT customer service to all TEAM members is crucial.
Proficiency with MS Office applications and ability to learn new systems quickly
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
6 months Learning & Development or Human Resources related experience
