*Responsibilities:*
* Perform payroll functions in an accurate and timely manner using Quickbooks
* Perform accounts receivable functions including invoicing and collections
* Cut checks for vendors
* Handle bank and credit card reconciliations
* Light administrative duties including emailing, preparing documents for signatures, answering phones.
* Other duties as needed
* *Qualifications:*
* Strong verbal and written skills
* Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
* Strong customer relations skills
*Requirements: Benefits/ Perks *Hourly pay- Paid Weekly
* 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience, especially using QuickBooks
* 1-2 years payroll experience a plus
* Bi-lingual in Spanish is preferred but not required
