About
If you're a manager spending more time managing workflows than thinking strategically, you're solving the wrong problem.
I help transform overwhelming processes into systematic workflows that free up your time for what really matters.
What sets my approach apart:
• I start with a systematic workflow audit to identify core inefficiencies
• I design practical solutions based on your specific challenges
• I create detailed playbooks to guide you through the transformation
• I ensure your new systems scale as your team grows.
For managers and team leaders, I offer:
• Systematic workflow analysis and optimization
• Clear decision-making frameworks
• Scalable team processes
• Knowledge work leverage systems
• Implementation guidance and support.
My process is straightforward:
We begin with a free discovery session to understand your specific challenges. From there, I conduct a systematic workflow audit, design custom solutions, and develop a detailed implementation playbook.
Throughout the process, you'll learn not just what to do, but how to think systematically about workflow optimization.
Currently working with:
• Middle managers seeking workflow clarity
• Team leaders building scalable processes
• Knowledge workers optimizing operations
• Organizations transforming their workflows
If you're struggling with overwhelming workflows and want to build systems that actually work, let's connect.
Book a discovery session to explore how systematic thinking can transform your daily operations: https://calendly.com/beznitchioleg/30min
I regularly share insights about systematic workflow optimization and practical frameworks. Follow along if you're interested in building more efficient processes for you and your team.

What does a marketing director do?
I would add that, there are cases (especially in early stage companies) where the marketing director is THE ONLY marketing team member. And thus, he should be able to handle the whole areas of marketing by himself first, build systems and processes and then, gradually adding resources (team members). Ideally, the processes should work well enough so that a small team could scale and bring results without adding more people or complexity.

What tools can you use to validate new marketing strategies?
I think the best way to truly understand if customers want your product is to launch a functional version one. This is an idea I got from Jason Fried at Basecamp and it really resonated with me, because I noticed that gone are the days of MVPs and similar frameworks. In today's economy and optionality, MVPs are overrated and they no longer provide the necessary functional features to provide the necessary practical feedback. MVPs never really work in countries where startup culture is not common and especially within certain socio-demographic groups. People like to see fully-functional versions, ideas, not sketches. So, the way to go is launch fully-functional, version ones and learn from the feedback. It's hard, but it's practical.

How do you manage ad fatigue and competition?
From a tactical standpoint, this means carefully looking at your frequency, reach and costs per mile (CPM). A certain drop in reach, but with a higher frequency and higher costs are one indicator of ad fatigue. It usually happens between 4-8 days of campaign running, but it also depends on the audience size and budget. So, a few considerations to take control over your ads in any of these phases are: to keep control over your CPM each 4-8 weeks, change creatives or texts when optimizing and don’t go too narrow or too broad with targeting.
