Collections Specialist

Collection Specialist Multi-state legal debt collection firm is seeking positive, upbeat and dependable customer service individuals, eager to join our Law Firm.

If so, the following is required: * Provide first class customer service to our clients * Handle large volumes of inbound calls and make outbound calls * Negotiate payment solutions that meet or exceed our expectations * Set and exceed your own daily, weekly and monthly goals EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: * Two years of collection/customer service experience required, preferably in a Call Center * High School Diploma/GED * *Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred* * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Top notch negotiation skills * FDCPA knowledge preferred * Microsoft Outlook, Excel a plus _*\*\*This position is in office at our Raymondville, TX location.
