We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing our financial operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, generating quotes, and facilitating effective communication with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
Additionally, experience with QuickBooks, ordering parts, and invoicing will be essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities: 1.
Manage Accounts Receivable: * Process and record incoming payments from customers.
* Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up with customers as needed.
* Maintain accurate records of all transactions.
2.
Handle Accounts Payable: * Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.
* Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies.
* Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
3.
Generate Quotes: * Prepare accurate and competitive quotes for customers based on their requirements.
* Coordinate with sales and technical teams to gather necessary information for quotes.
* Communicate effectively with customers to address any questions or concerns regarding quotes.
4.
Communicate Effectively: * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations.
* Communicate financial information effectively to management and other stakeholders.
* Provide excellent customer service and support to both internal and external parties.
5.
QuickBooks Experience: * Proficiently use QuickBooks software to manage financial transactions and records.
* Generate reports and analyze financial data as needed.
* Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial information in QuickBooks.
6.
Ordering Parts and Invoicing: * Coordinate with procurement team to order necessary parts and supplies.
* Generate and send invoices to customers in a timely manner.
* Verify accuracy of invoices and resolve any discrepancies.
* Qualifications: * Proven experience in accounting roles, with a focus on accounts receivable and accounts payable.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
* Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Experience in generating quotes and invoicing preferred.
* Knowledge of automotive industry or ADAS Calibration services is a plus.
