*Job Purpose: *Provide supportive services to the Wraparound Program Manager, Wraparound Service Coordinators, and Wraparound Quality Assurance Coordinator in order to accomplish established goals for the program.
*Primary Duties: *Assist Wraparound Program Manager, Wraparound Service Coordinators, and Wraparound Quality Assurance Coordinator with administrative tasks, e.
g.
copying, filing, filing court reports, shredding, pulling documents for youth referrals, assisting in file prep for closed files, creating new youth files, resource closet supply organization, and distributing checks for flex fund purchases.
Ensuring at the end of business the office is closed up properly.
Assist in keeping paper and computer file data current, accurate, and in compliance and other duties as assigned.
Travel is required.
*Qualifications*
* *Minimum*: High School Diploma or High School Equivalency
* *Desired*: Bachelor’s Degree in related field and/or 2 years’ experience in working in social services.
Experience in working with community-based programs.
* *Miscellaneous: *Pass all pre-employment drug screens and background clearances, maintain driving clearances.
Ability to physically transport items weighing 15-30 lbs.
Must be able to work flexible hours to meet the needs of families including some evenings and occasional weekend hours.
Required to work in clients’ homes and community settings.
Required travel to sites throughout identified service area
