This is probably the most interesting ambient album I've listened to in recent years. I had read the article in New Scientist (18/05/24) about the music being created from data collected from a navigation marker off the coast of Sussex. I was very skeptical of the claims made. I even thought the article may have been a "wind-up". I must apologise. This music is of such a high standard. In an oblique way I find it reminiscent of Eno's "On Land". I cannot praise it enough. eric miller
