Designing and transforming spaces is more than a profession for me, it's a deep-seated passion that has been with me since childhood. Growing up in Lebanon, amid the complexities of a civil war and later immigrating to the United States, I learned the true meaning of making a house a home, no matter where you are.

My design philosophy is rooted in a relentless pursuit of beauty and functionality, honed through years of global exploration and a passion for luxurious textiles, dramatic lighting, fine art, and vintage furniture. Fusing Middle Eastern and European aesthetics with insights from my extensive travels, my design ethos is a testament to an open mind and a diverse perspective.

Based in San Francisco for over two decades, my portfolio encompasses both residential and commercial spaces, showcasing a comprehensive understanding of design solutions at all scales. Every project is an opportunity to blend aesthetic appeal with practical functionality.

BERKELEY, California - In the heart of Berkeley stands a historic property that has played host to a rich tapestry of high society gatherings and political events. We transformed this massive space into a family haven, where the scale of the setting could coexist seamlessly with the comforts of a modern lifestyle. This project strikes a delicate balance of preserving historical charm and infusing contemporary functionality.

ALBUQUERQUE, New Mexico - Nestled in an exclusive neighborhood in Albuquerque, we crafted this home away from home for our clients from the ground up. Custom finishes, meticulously curated details, and thoughtful orientations were all designed to highlight the natural beauty of the region and facilitate rest and relaxation.

SAN FRANCISCO, California - This stunning home on Vallejo Street called for significant interior upgrades when the owners returned from a decade in Paris. We embraced the open floor plan and maximized the natural light to create a sense of spaciousness.

HEALDSBURG, California - In the heart of Sonoma Valley, the elegant and sophisticated Jordan Vineyard & Winery received a jaw-dropping renovation that breathes new life into the historic site while retaining all the charm that makes it so unique.

SAN FRANCISCO, California - Built in 1900, this home is a classic San Francisco gem. Design choices were made to highlight its’ timeless charm and elegance. We added loads of warmth, texture and contemporary lighting to create a space that is effortlessly chic.

LA JOLLA, California - The clients, frequent travelers, wanted a comfortable home that would be a restful respite between trips. Design choices were made to highlight the architecture details and preserve the integrity of this home rather than compete.

SAN FRANCISCO, California - This Spanish Colonial built in 1937 showcases architectural elements salvaged from a Spanish Monastery. Design choices were made to highlight the architecture details and preserve the integrity of this home rather than compete.

MILL VALLEY, California - With breathtaking views of San Francisco and the Golden Gate Bridge, the contemporary tone of this residence is enhanced with a neutral color palette and understated yet elegant furnishings.  These elements lay the foundation for a contemporary art collection and create a sense of modernism in a rural setting.

SAN FRANCISCO, California  - Built in 1900, this project involved the complete renovation of a classic San Francisco home.

SAN FRANCISCO BAY, California - This project involved the complete interiors of a 65' private sailing yacht moored in San Francisco Bay.  While interior materials and finishes were selected to withstand the hardships of sun and sea, the client wanted the spaces to feel luxurious.  To accomplish this, all of the rooms feature exquisite wood veneers stained in warm tones, sumptuous upholstery, and custom lighting.  All aboard!

SAN FRANCISCO, California - The client wanted a quiet but dramatic space to be used as a personal office.  High-gloss black paint was used on the ceiling, along with a bold Scalamandré Zebra wallpaper to create a sense of drama and masculinity.

The clients requested a comfortable living space for their family so plush upholstery in dramatic colors were used to create warmth and to contrast the classical architectural elements.
