I coach people to achieve their maximum potential.

This is the the last The Brilliantly Branded Podcast of the year, and it's happening in space 😎 María has got loads of great content lined up for 2025, and we're hoping to make the biggest impact possible to help empower women in different fields, STEM being one of the most important ones for all of us. If you know brilliant women that María could interview this coming year, please make an intro directly. María, my Darling, I'm so very proud of what you have achieved over these last few years, and to watch you grow from day to day is an absolute delight. To all of you, no matter where you are in your life, it's never too late to do some big and bold... you don't have to please everyone, you just have to have the courage to be different... because you'll attract the right people into your life.

Imagine being the reason a young girl dares to dream of becoming an astronaut, scientist, or engineer—and giving her the tools to make it happen. That’s the promise of ShaktiSat, a mission led by my guest this week on the podcast: Dr.Srimathy Kesan, founder of Space Kids India. Through this initiative, 12,000 girls from 108 countries will be educated and empowered to build their futures in #STEM, creating a global ripple effect of education, leadership, and inclusion. Here’s how Dr. Kesan has built a strong brand with a clear purpose: 1️⃣ An Intentional Mission: Focused on bridging the gender gap in the #spaceindustry, where women make up just 20%. 2️⃣ Global Leadership: Engaging women ambassadors from every corner of the world to mentor and inspire young girls. 3️⃣ Tangible Impact: Launching projects like a satellite built by 750 rural girls, and now expanding globally with #ShaktiSat. 💡 The Result? A mission that combines education, inspiration, and #sisterhood to create lasting change. Want to join this mission? Dr. Kesan is looking for #womenleaders to become ambassadors for their countries—leading by example and inspiring the next generation. ✨ You can be the reason a girl dreams big and achieves even bigger. 📢 Listen to this episode in The Brilliantly Branded Podcast to learn how you can get involved and support this transformative mission. A big thank you to Alexandra Tsyliya for facilitating the connection with Dr. Srimathy Kesan. Your support made it possible to highlight this incredible mission and share such an inspiring story with the world.

I reprogram your brain. The fastest change method avaliable today

Today, I received the greatest news! My mum shared the podcast I recently did with María Lucía Romero with all her friends (of course she did; she’s my mum 🥰). One of them was *curious* enough to watch the full episode and FOLLOWED THE STEPS I demonstrated as I reprogrammed María Lucía Romero live. He wanted to change an issue with his throat that had been preventing him from swallowing properly for years—and guess what?? He changed it just by following the podcast interview! Now he can swallow properly! He is immensely grateful, and I’m just as grateful for: +the version of myself that went off script to follow her heart, +for María Lucía Romero bravery in taking this step on her own show, +for my teacher who taught me this incredible skill, and +for life itself for allowing me to do what I’m here to do: -To show people there’s no limit to the power of their MIND and HEART. So this brings me to you—what’s something you’ve been longing to change? When did you give up, thinking, “It’s just who I am”? What is it costing you to stay the same? Here’s another chance. The link to the episode is in the comments. And in case you haven’t heard the news: YOU CAN CHNAGE IN MINUTES ! Watch it, apply it, and experience the truth. Much love, Itzel

Ever felt like you lost your voice? I did. And today is not about my guests in the podcast. Today It's about my story... When I transitioned from south and north America to Europe almost 9 years ago, something changed. I was once filled with passion and purpose, but suddenly, I felt muted. Recently, I had the opportunity to share this journey on La Frontera Podcast with the wonderful Matías Casares. As I sat down to record, I couldn’t help but reflect on how far I've come from those days of feeling voiceless. Matias asked, “What’s your purpose?”  I realised, my journey is rooted in empowering women to embrace their authenticity and craft their personal brands. But how did I find that purpose? It all began with a realisation: I had a story to tell. A story not just about overcoming challenges, but about reclaiming my voice. I talked about my experiences working in various countries, how I often felt boxed in, labeled by where I came from rather than who I truly was. I shared how this journey inspired me to create The Brilliantly Branded Podcast, a platform where #women can share their stories and #empower one another. This is just the tip of the iceberg and would be more than happy to share my story with you many times but most importantly, It’s about recognising that our #voices matter and that we can connect deeply through our experiences. 💡 Some takeaways from our chat: ✳️ Your story is your strength. Don’t underestimate the power of your journey. ✳️ Happiness is in the journey. It's not just about reaching your destination but finding joy along the way. ✳️ Empower one another. Let’s lift each other up and create spaces where all voices can shine. If you’re curious about my journey or want to hear more, check out the episode! It’s in Spanish, but feel free to turn on the subtitles to enjoy it. Link in the comments. 👉 and let me know if part of my story make you feel identify and wanting to do something to achieve your purpose. Special thanks to Jesús Peña García 💥 for introduce me to Matías.

🌎 Where are you from — what do you feel when you hear this question? Many people are proud to describe the family, city, country, background they come from. The others are ashamed, worried, afraid that they’ll be labeled, misunderstood, bullied, etc. Unfortunately, I fall into the second category. In the current political context, my сountry of origin is not something I proudly share with others. If this sentiment resonates with you, and you’d like to learn more about my experience, be sure to check out the new episode of the The Brilliantly Branded Podcast. In a little more than 30 minutes with María Lucía Romero I managed to answer so many exciting questions: 🚀 how I started my intercultural journey 🏔 what most significant challenges I face in my international work  👩🏻💼 how my identity was shaped by my intercultural experiences 🫂 how to actively create a sense of belonging for yourself in a new place And of course, most importantly, how you can use your cultural identity to build an authentic and successful personal brand. If personal branding is a big part of your professional life as an international expert, I once again highly recommend taking a look at this and other episodes by Maria, an expert in authentic branding. Your personal brand isn’t just shaped by your story—it’s also influenced by the cultures you engage with. In this weekly episode with Kristina Roppelt, an intercultural communication expert who has lived and worked in 63 countries, was reminded me of the powerful role that cultural awareness plays in building an authentic #personalbrand. As someone who’s spent years helping others develop their brands, it’s clear to me: #interculturalcommunication isn’t just important—it’s essential. How does embracing different cultures impact the way you present yourself? Here are some powerful insights from our conversation: ✳️ Your personal brand is multilayered—It’s influenced by your values, experiences, and the diverse cultures you encounter. ✳️ #Belonging isn’t just about fitting in—It’s about creating connections and community wherever you are. ✳️ #Diversity is a strength—Harness the uniqueness of your background and experiences to shape a brand that stands out. The more cultures you interact with, the richer and more authentic your personal brand becomes. So, I’d love to hear from you: How has your personal or professional brand been influenced by different cultures? Please drop a comment below. 💪 Empowering women founders to become Brilliantly Branded | 💃🏼 Coaching them to build authentic and impactful identities through the Power Wheel Methodology |🎙️ Podcast Host | 🎨 Branding Agency

What does it really take to empower more women in STEAM? Yesterday, I had the privilege of being invited to the WOMEN IN TECH ® Global #award ceremony in Brussels.  It was an amazing night, full of inspiring conversations in a stunning venue. I was there not only as a guest but as the voice of The Brilliantly Branded Podcast, giving #women and #men the chance to share their thoughts on how we can empower more women to step into tech. It felt less like work and more like doing what I love: giving women and men a platform to tell their stories and making sure their voices are heard. Some of the key takeaways are: ✳️ Creating platforms where women can share their experiences openly. ✳️ Encouraging mentorship programs to guide women into STEAM roles. ✳️ Promoting STEAM careers to young women and girls early on. In between all the energy and excitement, I recorded 9 incredible #interviews for the Capsule series on the Brilliantly Branded Podcast, a special project dedicated to empowering and supporting women in STEAM—Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics. This project is all about raising awareness and sparking real conversations about how we can drive change in these industries. I want to give a special thanks to these incredible people who took part in this journey: Ayumi Moore Aoki | Zineb B. | Alba Mustafaj | Avanti Sharma | Elodie Trojanowski | Lola Virolle | Rihab Rabbaj | Sonja Betschart | Yasmine SYED | Alexandrea Swanson | Antonia Țarfulea | Loubna Azghoud | Anna Bass Chervony | Jan Demey | Women in Tech®Luxembourg What are your thoughts? How can we encourage more women to enter STEAM fields?

What happens when Women in STEAM break through challenges and inspire change? That’s exactly what led to the creation of Capsule, our new mini-series on The Brilliantly Branded Podcast, starting today. These mini-series are dedicated to Women in Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics (STEAM), and my purpose is all about empowerment—showcasing incredible women and the challenges they’ve overcome to inspire others and to be a role model for future generations. My first guest is Zineb B., the Country Director of WOMEN IN TECH ® Global for Women in Tech®Luxembourg. Her journey is full of insights on #education, #leadership, and the importance of #mentorship. She shared lessons that I know will resonate with so many of you. But I don’t want to spoil too much! 🎙️ There’s so much more we discuss—stories of resilience, key moments that shaped her career, and the challenges she still faces today. A huge thanks to Amazon for supporting this initiative, and to Alba Mustafaj for making this happen. And, of course, to Philip Grother, who’s been my rock throughout this project—I couldn’t do it without your constant support.  💬 How are you contributing to the future of women in STEAM? I’d love to hear your thoughts in the comments below! --- If you’re a Woman in STEAM and want to have your voice heard, I’d love to have you on the podcast. Reach out and let’s make it happen. #WomenInSTEAM #WomenEmpowerment Elodie Trojanowski, Avanti Sharma, Marina ANDRIEU, Marcela Marinovic, Argyri S., Evgeniia Lisiankaia

One month ago, I had the privilege to share part of my story on The Brilliantly Branded Podcast. Realizing your are not conform to the standards you were brought up with is a hard internal confrontation, but it also gives you a chance to redefine yourself. Dare to be bold, to be yourself. Because when we feel like ourselves, we go the extra mile and truly make an impact in the world around us. Thanks also to María Lucía Romero for the openhearted discussion and for giving me the chance to talk about my journey and the work I do for Rosa Lëtzebuerg, now more than 5 years. How time flies
