Position Summary:
Support customers by answering technical questions and processing orders via phone, fax, email & internet.
Job Description:
This position is responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
Provide customer service over the telephone to our customer base including, but not limited to, dental offices and dental labs
Set up new accounts and maintains customer master data in SAP
Answer incoming phone calls in a professional, timely manner
Provide basic technical support on all Straumann products
Process orders accurately and efficiently using SAP
Problem solve and provide resolution to order and shipping issues
Minimum Qualifications:
High school graduate or GED equivalent
1+ year experience using Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications:
2+ years of prior customer service experience
College degree (Associates, Bachelor’s Masters) in any discipline
Prior dental or sales experience
Customer service skills.
