Need help? Can't transfer your old Cubase or Logic Projects? (SFV)

The current versions of Steinberg's Cubase and Apple's Logic don't load files from older versions anymore.
Logic files from before 7 have to be updated to 7 to load and Cubase files before SX have to be updated to the SX format.
If you're updating your system or needing to move the files to a newer version or different software, I can help.
