Looking to expand our team with individuals who are passionate about cannabis and eager to learn.
Responsibilities: * Provide exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming and informative environment for all patients/customers.
* Assist customers in selecting cannabis products based on their needs and preferences.
* Educate customers on various strains, products, consumption methods, and effects.
* Regularly up-saling and ability to process transactions using register * Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including product displays and inventory management.
* Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and product knowledge.
Requirements: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
* On time to scheduled shifts * Prior experience in customer service or retail preferred.
* Knowledge of local cannabis is a plus, but training is still required
