**Canvasser Positions (5 Openings):**
As part of our canvassing team, you'll be the face of Paradigm Shift Solar in neighborhoods, introducing homeowners to the future of clean energy.
We're not your typical door-knockers – we believe in integrity, innovation, and a pitch that stands out from the crowd.
**Responsibilities:**
- Work collaboratively with a team of canvassers to cover designated neighborhoods.
- Utilize technology and a unique approach to door knocking that sets us apart.
- Engage with homeowners, sharing the benefits of solar in an honest and compelling way.
- Book solar appointments for our team of virtual closers.
**Qualifications:**
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Comfortable using technology and learning new tools.
- Sales or canvassing experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Reliable transportation & must have a tablet (iPad or similar)
**Compensation:**
- Competitive commission-based pay, with the potential to earn $1,000 - $10,000 or more per month based on performance.
**Inside Sales Representative (1 Opening):**
In this role, you'll be at the forefront of our mission, helping to speed up the adoption of clean energy by selling homeowner data and appointments generated by our canvassing team to other solar companies.
**Responsibilities:**
- Sell homeowner data and appointments to other solar companies.
- Work collaboratively with the canvassing and virtual closing teams to ensure a seamless process.
- Effectively use social media to organically sell, through direct interaction with other companies and salespersons.
**Qualifications:**
- Organizational skills and an ability to keep up with an innovative startup environment.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation & a laptop computer.
- MUST be able to work in our Hollywood office at least 3 days/week.
Remaining time remotely.
**Compensation:**
