Dunable Guitars is looking for a hardworking, proactive person to handle customer service, shipping, and assisting with sales, for both our USA Custom Shop and DE Series import lines.
We are a small company made up of skilled craftspeople, and need someone to take over the job of maintaining customer satisfaction.
Our shop is located in Bell Gardens, just southeast of downtown Los Angeles.
Responsibiiities:
Customer and Dealer point of contact (lots of email) for questions, service, updates, and shipping, as well as processing warranty claims, returns, exchanges.
Maintaining and updating website inventory and ensuring the website information is up to date.
Maintaining the USA production database/production queue as needed
Facilitate sales - basically ensuring the customer has a great experience, from placing the order all the way to receiving the finished product, and every step in between.
Shipping and receiving
Must be able to lift up to 30-40 lb.
Skills, Experience and Education:
Some experience with e-commerce sales.
We use Shopify and Reverb.
previous customer service, sales, or shipping experience (ideally all three)
not required, but would be a huge plus to be a guitar player or even some repair/maintenance skills
Qualifications
clear written and verbal communication skills
at the very least a basic understanding and knowledge of electric guitars and the surrounding world of musical instruments
some experience with programs like Excel, Google Sheets, Airtable
Non-essential, but would be a huge plus:
some musical ability
Social media content creation
product photography
marketing email (mailchimp) experience
guitar tech skills
Pay will be dependent on experience and qualifications.
Could include commission/bonuses.
