Our Vision Realising the human rights of women, girls, trans, and intersex people in Asia. Our Mission Women’s Fund Asia works to nurture and lead feminist philanthropy in the region; to effectively mobilise resources to support individuals, groups and networks enabling their sustainability; and to strengthen partner capacities, leadership, advocacy and networks in the field.

    Yesterday, we announced the launch of the Bhoomi Youth Leadership Initiative (BYLI) in partnership with the Foundation for a Just Society. ✊Through BYLI, we invest in the leadership of historically oppressed communities in South Asia, particularly Indigenous, Dalit, caste-oppressed, queer, trans, and disabled young people, and ensure the impact of their visionary work reaches a regional and global audience. 🍀 Join us as we embark on a journey to promote peer-to-peer learning—sharing powerful stories and dreams, weaving a tapestry of leadership that celebrates the unique strengths of these historically marginalized communities. ✨ Discover more about our inspiring initiative at www.bhoomileadership.org

However, South Asia is also home to powerful social and people's movements and in the last few years, young people (especially from marginalized/oppressed communities) have been leading the fight for progressive change, justice and accountability.
