*Requirements of In Home Mental Health Therapist *
-Masters Degree in Social Work (or other related field)
-Must be eligible for Licensure (CSW, LPCA, etc.
) (applicants looking to schedule there CSW may still apply)
-Valid Driver's License and Car Insurance
*Responsibilities of In Home Mental Health Therapist*
-Ensure compliance with contract guidelines
-Completing face-to-face intake
-Provide screening and assessment services
-Identifying treatment needs
-Provide ongoing treatment services to clients
-Formulate treatment recommendations
-Develop a comprehensive assessment-driven treatment plan
