Job Description: Financial Analyst Department: Accounting
Status: Full Time
Description: Full time position responsible for providing financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data, preparing timely reports, and applying accounting principles and procedures.
Responsibilities:
Prepare operational/financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends
Analyze and compare plans and forecasts with actual results
Monitor, report, and quantify performance metrics and corresponding financial implications for management
Provide comparative metrics and analysis on industry related strategies and initiatives
Maintain customer confidence and protect operations by keeping financial information confidential
Assist with various project across multiple departments of the bank
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Qualifications:
Intermediate to advance computer skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Ability to communicate effectively, orally, and in writing within all levels of the organization
Strong organizational skills
Self‐motivated individual who is capable of working independently or as part of a team
Education and Experience:
College Degree with Accounting emphasis
