Hi! I wanted to outfit a workshop for the purpose of knife making.
Before breaking the bank or feeling unsatisfied with a cheap product I'd want to replace immediately, I figured to check what could be gotten used.
Looking for a belt sander (4x72 preferably), drill press, band saw, buffing wheel, and table vice.
Some general tools I wouldn't mind having around are a Dremel, angle grinder, a solid workstation (table and shop stool), and various clamps, abrasives, and files.
As for a heat treatment oven, Id love to find one that the owner was DESPERATE to get rid of.
I don't want to be insulting by offering a fraction of MSRP, so as far as I'm concerned, it's out of my range at the moment.
Miracles do happen, though, so I'm open to negotiate if you just want it gone.
