Have had this ad up a couple times with no luck so far.
Looking for a working partner to do repairs and run a business I have on PR 3 by the beach in Humacao .
It has 2 buildings .
The one in front is a restaurant Barbeque with 2 pig roasting pits behind it .
The other is a house for AirBnB with 5 apartments and a large back yard .
I am not interested in running the restaurant and open to it's use , a partner running it , or renting .
It is a busy area with plenty of traffic and lots of potential .
The apartments need complete remodeling , paint , doors , screens , a/c , electric , plumbing , and furniture .
I estimate repairs could cost us $20k-$30k each , less if we do all the work .
Still live and work in Florida and can only get down to do repairs for short periods , so work is going slow .
Will be down January 10-16 .
