    • Development of individuals through skills learning
    • To officially introduce new members of the organisation to the national and global systems in AIESEC.

    • External involvement to provide an outside perspective
    • Networking among Members
    • Providing members with the needed motivation to run their activities throughout the year.

    My Key activities as chair included:
    1. Energizing the crowd to building confidence
    2. Public Speaking: opening and closing the conference of approximately 100 delegates,supporting multiple running workshops for 20-30 people each at a time.
    3. Working with Teams through intercultural differences, and motivating both delegates and facilitators with different incentives.
    4. Expectation Setting of 100 delegates and 8 facilitators.
    5. Collaborating with Brand Partners of AIESEC Ghana- DHL Ghana, AIESEC Ghana Alumni, SNV Netherlands Development Organisation

    - Managed a diverse (3 regions) team of individuals for a conference hosting 300 African Nationals
    - Developed a pool of 300 + African Nationals into a pool of potential AIESEC in Africa leaders over 4 days
    of leadership capacity building sessions
    - Converted 1 conference committee member council of communications and Marketing (Kennedy) to the next Member Committee President (MCP AIESEC Kenya 2018)
    - Co-Chair for AIESEC Kenya Member Committee elections 2018

    Hosting ‘People, Professions, Perspectives’, AIESEC McMaster provided students with the opportunity to listen to key panellists about what companies look for when hiring graduates and how to keep young talent within Hamilton. It connected the sectors of student and business into a networking event, with aims to better the Hamilton community.
