Last week, #MicrosoftADC enriched the partnership with Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT) through a grant to JHUB Africa - the innovation hub that is empowering student-led startups and giving them a chance to solve real-world problems by applying the knowledge acquired in class. #MicrosoftADC engagement with JHUB Africa began a year ago, and it has been refreshing to witness the growth of the students who are incubating around 30 ideas that have the potential to convert into startups. They are leveraging AI to solve problems in beekeeping, mushroom farming, managing diabetes amongst others. This grant is testament to #MicrosoftADC's belief in the partnership between industry and academia and supports the growth of the next generation of business owners.
