Thank You, Libby Duane Adams! We’re incredibly grateful to Libby, Co-founder of Alteryx—and our valued Strategic Advisor at Impact Africa Network —for sharing her wisdom and entrepreneurial journey during yesterday’s fireside chat. Here are our key takeaways from the conversation: ➖No Overnight Success Building a business isn’t about quick wins. Entrepreneurship is a long-term journey, not a race. Success comes from focusing on building the best version of your company—forget the exit strategy and commit to the process. ➖Dream Big, Face the Criticism To lead innovation, you must visualize what’s possible, even if others doubt you. Fear of failure can fuel resilience and push you to make the impossible happen. Thank you, Libby Duane Adams, for your mentorship, guidance, and for the impactful conversations! Lucky to have you as part of our team! Hosted by Mathenge Waweru #ImpactAfricaNetwork #Entrepreneurship #Leadership #Innovation #Gratitude

LaunchPad Innovation Campus: The heartbeat and nerve center of Nairobi's startup ecosystem At Impact Africa Network, we’ve created a vibrant HQ that unites entrepreneurs, information, and resources under one roof to build Africa’s future - Launchpad Innovation Campus. Launchpad is more than a workspace; it’s a dynamic hub where ideas become solutions to Africa’s challenges through startups we've built like Shukran, Roots Africa, ElevateHR Africa and the Bridge It's also where young talent takes flight, empowered through our Innovation Fellowship Program. As our community manager, Marion Mbogo shared ''its journey from an empty property to a dynamic space has been transformative. Today, with areas for focused work, collaboration, and creativity, it is an unconventional, inspiring home for innovation.'' Thank you Gwynne Shotwell!✨ We’re grateful to Gwynne, President and COO of SpaceX for joining us in a fireside chat and sharing her experience. Our biggest takeaway? ''For any business, failure is an essential part of success. Companies foster progress and drive innovation through risks and the willingness to “fail fast” in the development phase. Pushing boundaries early helps ensure they reach the market stronger''. Thank you Gwynne, for inspiring us to keep moving forward! Hosted by: Mark Orina #ImpactAfricaNetwork #Leadership #Innovation
