As the face of I&M Burbidge Capital for over 14 years, Edward has been instrumental in the success achieved in advising mid and large sized companies and institutions in Eastern Africa on Private Equity, Debt Capital, Mergers & Acquisitions and IPOs. Simultaneously, IMBC’s Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Kiriga Kunyiha as the new CEO with effect from 1st December 2024. Mr. Kunyiha brings more than 20 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance and private equity in the East Africa region. He is an expert in deal origination, structuring, negotiating, execution & value creation on projects which have raised in excess of USD 150m of capital. I&M Burbidge Capital and ICON Corporate Finance have advised Mr. Green Trading Africa Kenya Ltd. on its debt capital raise from U.S. International Development Finance Corporation.
