Reflecting on innovation, design, and heritage at the Compasso d’Oro event in Bari. On December 9th, we had the privilege of gathering at the historic Camera di Commercio in Bari to celebrate the intersection of design and the unique identity of the Apulia region. The event offered a space to exchange ideas and explore how collaboration and creativity can address today’s challenges. We were honoured to present our water management solution, a cloud-native platform designed to monitor and optimise this vital resource. By integrating people, technology, experience, and both physical and digital solutions, this project exemplifies a new dimension of design that transcends traditional forms. It represents our commitment to creating responsible and impactful solutions for the future. It was inspiring to learn from other winners, including Tesar Automation, OmniAGV and REA Space . Their groundbreaking projects—from autonomous vehicles transforming smart factories to the EMSi bionic suit ensuring astronaut health in microgravity—demonstrated the incredible potential of design to create meaningful impact. As Antonio Grillo, our Executive Design Director, noted, design today addresses complex challenges by creating systems that go beyond physical products and aesthetics. This represents a new frontier in design - one that embraces a holistic, multi-competence approach that can make a difference to benefit both society and the planet. Thank you to ADI Associazione per il Disegno Industriale and everyone involved for an unforgettable and thought-provoking evening. #DesignForGood #DesignThinking #Compassodoro #ADI AltText: images of presentations and speakers at ADI event in Bari

Starting from June 2025, according to the indications of the European Accessibility Act, companies will be required to guarantee products and services accessible to all. On December 2, Executive Design Director Antonio Grillo brought this viewpoint at the Global Inclusion Event organised by Il Sole 24 Ore at the MUDEC Museum in Milan. “Inclusion isn’t just about compliance or checking boxes - Antonio stated - it’s about redefining the DNA of an organisation. By adopting a design-driven approach, companies can transform their rituals and tools, embedding inclusion as a core value at the heart of everything they do. This shift is essential for fostering genuine innovation, driving sustainable impact, and moving beyond short-term fixes.” The event was an inspiring opportunity to share ideas and interact with leaders who are reshaping the conversation around inclusion. Moments like these remind us of the power of collaboration in shaping a more inclusive future. What do you think inclusion is all about for an organisation? #globalinclusion2024 #design4all #InclusiveDesign #DesignInnovation AltText: snapshots from the event panel at the MUDEC museum

Reflections on PUSH Conference 2024. Tangity was proud to be part of the PUSH UX 2024 in Munich, where we had the chance to connect with industry leaders, share ideas, and explore the future of human-centered design. Over the course of two days, we immersed ourselves in inspiring talks and conversations, reinforcing the values that drive our approach to design: creativity, collaboration, sustainability, and social responsibility. As always, our goal is to create solutions that not only address today’s challenges but also contribute to a more sustainable and inclusive future. The PUSH Conference reminded us that innovation thrives when we collaborate, learn from one another, and constantly seek new ways to push boundaries. We left the event energized and motivated, eager to apply what we’ve learned to continue shaping the future of design. #Tangity #PushConference2024 #CreativeImpact #HumanCenteredDesign #UX Alt-Text: A group of Tangity team members engaged in discussions at PUSH Conference 2024, surrounded by vibrant visuals and event signage, reflecting the dynamic and collaborative atmosphere of the event.
