Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Salesforce Developer to join our team.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Designs and codes software components, units, and modules that meet product specification and development Schedules for customers
Adheres to product build and release schedules and strategies
Tests and debugs complex software components and units
Acts as a technical resource for lower-level developers and may be assigned lead developer role for small-to-medium sized projects
Basic Qualifications:
5 years of development experience
Proficient in Salesforce
3 years of experience developing within a professional Software Development Life Cycle methodology (Agile, SCRUM, and/or Waterfall, etc.
)
Exceptional problem solving, and analytical skills
Ability to design and build technical solutions using applicable technologies; ability to demonstrate exceptional coding skills and development discipline
Experience working within large cross-functional teams
Security+ certification
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, Math, or related field OR – 10 years of comparable work experience
Ability to obtain a clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the higher education industry
3-5 years of experience developing Salesforce Education Data Architecture (EDA)

The projected compensation range for this position is $141,100-$234,400.
There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
