*Job Description: Mental Health Therapist (Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Professional Counselor)* *Responsibilities:* * *Provides Direct Mental Health Services*: Conduct intake assessment, treatment planning, individual, family, and group therapy services.
* *Crisis Management*: Provide crisis interventions and crisis stabilization to assigned clients.
* *Documentation*: Complete daily progress notes and Safety/Incident Reports on or before the end of the next calendar day.
* *Insurance and Billing*: Complete documentation required by insurance for approval of service reimbursement.
* *Compliance*: Comply with HIPAA guidelines and follow Privacy Practices.
* *State Licensure*: Must maintain a current Arkansas license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Professional Counselor.
*Requirements:* *Education:* * A master's degree from an accredited University or College in social work, psychology, or counseling and licensed as a Mental Health Professional in the State of Arkansas.
*Job Skills:* * *Required*: Ability to retain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA guidelines.
Effective and ethical provision of mental health services.
Travel to clinic location required.
