What can we help you find?
Before participating in an accredited CE activity, learners must be informed that the activity is being offered by the jointly accredited provider through the use of the Joint Accreditation statement and the Joint Accreditation Provider Mark in activity materials (e.g. educational content, marketing materials, etc.). Providers may also use the Joint Accreditation Provider Mark for education and identification purposes, and in announcements related to an organization’s attainment of Joint Accreditation. See example below:
“In support of improving patient care, [Insert name of Joint Accredited Provider] is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.”
If an activity is planned, implemented, and evaluated by two or more organizations, and one of the organizations is jointly accredited, the provider must include its own name and the names of its educational partner(s) in a jointly provided Joint Accreditation statement and Joint Accreditation Provider Mark as follows:
“In support of improving patient care, this activity has been planned and implemented by ______ and ______. [Insert name of Joint Accredited Provider] is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.”
Providers may download a ZIP file containing PNG and JPEG versions of the Joint Accreditation Provider Mark. This mark is also available in higher resolution formats, black & white, and grayscale.
Joint Accreditation providers that have achieved this status may also use the Joint Accreditation with Commendation Provider Mark for educational and identification purposes and in announcements related to their attainment of Joint Accreditation.
